An organisation has too...
But what i have to do with how the people in an Organisation behave. I am just a part of it. I have to work and go. I have to do my job. what to do with what others are doing...How others are doing..What are their expectation..What are their Choices...
But Alas!!!!!! I have to know....
But Why ?????
To keep it small and simple
